Guarantee Policy
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Type of deposit required to guarantee the reservation:
- 1 night deposit
- Percentage of the stay
- Time limit to make the deposit and send the payment receipt to the hotel
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid charges.
No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show, one night will be charged.
Extra Person Policy
An additional fee of 100.00 pesos will apply starting with the third person in the same room.
Extra Minor Policy
An additional fee of 100.00 pesos will apply starting with the third person in the same room.
Children Policy
Children are considered up to 11 years old. Guests aged 12 and older will be charged as adults.
Two children under 12 may share the room with two adults.
Pet Policy
We are sorry, pets are not allowed.
Overbooking Policy
In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.
The hotel will pay one night, including taxes, at a similar hotel.
The guest will be offered complimentary transportation to the new hotel.
The guest will be granted at least one phone call to their home or office.
